We shall eat dim sum all day long;

Dim Sum, desserts after desserts, street food, wanton mee, fishball noodles, fried fish skin, pigeon, cream soda and steamboat. It's been chinese food one meal after another and it's starting to turn me off. Hong Kong's weather is at it's best right now. Sunny yet chilly at the same time. Shopping's been pretty damn awesome fantastic so far. Just 3 more days here and I'll be back in Singapore with Mel k!
Have a safe flight back to Singapore later in the evening K!

IN THE THE LAND OF DIMSUMS & CHEAP RETAIL THERAPY:

(Hong kong- MongKok-  taken in dec'2009)

Its insane for me to say this but Melbourne's scorching sun is, literally, killing me. The ironic part is that the temperature is only 28°, and i really doubt i would be able to survive back in Singapore, with a temperature of >30°.  This post marks the last day of being a Yr 1 university student for me! But, Of course, it's also the start of my 3 months long -summer break! Will be heading back to Singapore, to meet up with my friends and finally, update the blog with more posts of Mel T. & me!

Before i end this post, i would also like to wish Mel T. a safe trip to Hong Kong (one of the reasons why i posted that picture above...) and remember to shop as much as possible at H&M! :) And we'll people-watch at starbucks / town when im back in Singapore... like what we used to do here in
Melb after classes!

Happy Holidays!

White knuckle ride;

Having tea the TWG way. You can't go wrong with a pot of Lavender black tea, macaroons, scones, tarts, sandwiches with classical music playing in the background. Magnifique~
Singapore hasn't been too kind weather-wise and the not-so-awesome-fantastic shopping. Right now I'm just waiting for Mel k to come back to Singapore.
Dear Mel k, all the best for your exams and roughing it out in the even more erratic weather back in Melbourne!

SKYSTRUCK AFTERMATH.

  Saturday morning was spent at Docklands with the guys ( Gareth, Clyde, Jules) & Li-Anne at a korean cafe,  for brunch.  The food tasted really yummy, and the price was reasonable too. I  never knew how big the shopping area at Docklands was..  wont mind hanging at the area and trying out the different cafes there.  It was also 'PLAIN WHITE TEE'' day, which explains the last photo - all of us in Tee! (Beside Gareth, cause he dont have any white Tee)

Road-trip begins here!!!

Since Han was happily, enjoying himself at Brisbane,  the 3 bored kids decided to take the car for a drive! A secret spot found by Jules, Clyde & me! * referring to the pictures above. The place was really an awesome location for photo-taking. The  panorama was just breathtaking. We also had 14 finger-licking mussels, which costs us only 7 bucks!!!  The day ended with us, treating ourselves to an awesome thai meal- with chilli crab, green curry, padi thai and sticky mango rice.
Being able to go on impromptu road-trips is one of the reasons why we fall in love with Melbourne.
Summer is here, babes! It's Bondi Beach time!!
